   Good choice of perspective the softness emphasizes the motion of the sea while the shorelineline and hotel are in focus and stationary. Good composition

   @mike1allison thanks for that. I've revisited this lens recently but to tell the truth I'm not sure about it, a bit gimmicky perhaps, like those lomo art lenses!

   I know what you mean, sometimes it's just nice to have a lens you don't have to compose for.
