Fiesta celebration is part of the custom and tradition in largely Catholic Philippines. Each parish has its own patron saint and a specific date in the religious calendar to celebrate its fiesta. In our barangay (village), it's San Nicolas de Tolentino whose fiesta falls on every 10th of September. Took these shots as my nephew, niece and I watched the morning procession where religious women danced and images of San Nicolas were paraded in the streets.
