Lomographic Color Studies: Sky of Blue, Sea of Green

From an intimate distance, the sky looks so clear, the sea glowing between viridian to mint as if iridescent. The vastness of blue and green just make up the most relaxing, pensive and perfect horizon.

There's a reason why whether summer or winter, people would prefer to face the beach above all else. It's not the warmth of the sun, or the sand massaging your toes. It's the view that comes along with it. Many myths say that the gods made both sky and sea as the primordial creations. No wonder we end up gazing off, getting lost in that distance, questioning our world and existence. If there's such a thing as "peace of mind", even momentarily, then it exists in blue and green.
