Showcase: Everywhere We Shoot Shoots With The Lomo'Instant Wide

Ryan and Garovs Vergara, collectively known as Everywhere We Shoot, are a pair for the (art) books. From being college sweethearts, they’ve become partners in their chosen career and collaborators on a wide array of creative projects.

We got to know them better in this interview and seen what magic they can create with the Petzval Lens. We’ve seen what this dynamic creative duo from Manila, Philippines can do with a Petzval 85 Art Lens. Now the question is, where will their creativity and a Lomo'Instant Wide take them?

About the photos We got so excited to use the Lomo’Instant Wide. Right after we got it, we took photos with our friends even if it was outdoors and cloudy. Fascinated that the outcome had a hazy and dreamy feel, that’s how we felt while taking the photos!

We also went out that weekend to test it for daylight with the sun. We laughed the whole time looking for that “perfect” subject. We ended up just shooting random sights, one of them, a lone umbrella in the middle of the soccer field. Also took a photo of quite an obscure hole in the ground.

We took photos as we saw images we liked. We experimented with double exposure, although we haven’t mastered it yet, we still ended up with happy accidents!

Favorite feature of the Lomo’Instant Wide The bulb setting! The Splitzer! The multiple exposure! The vintage leather look!
