  After the misadventure I had with a Yashica 635, I wasn't really looking forward to taking on another TLR... But the Meopta Flexaret III looked so nice – and it had a winding crank! So cool... The focusing lever was so stiff I thought it was broken, but all it needed was a long soak in CRC and some wiggling to loosen it up. Now it works perfectly – and that Mirar lens is dreamy.

• Imation Chrome 100 - La Fine di una Trilogia Ferrania

  Ferrania ha annunciato nuove pellicole per la stampa e per diapositive e sto facendo i salti di gioia. Per questo motivo ho appena fatto una recensione della vecchia Ferrania Solaris Chrome. Si dice che questa nuova pellicola diapositiva abbia un'emulsione derivata dalla 3M Scotch Chrome 100. Per questa pellicola avevo già fatto una recensione alcuni mesi fa. Ma penso che ci sia un'ultima pellicola che ricade nello stesso gruppo e con la stessa emulsione. Quindi per completare la trilogia vi presento la Imation Slide 100.

  Ci deve sempre essere una ragione o una motivazione per scrivere la recensione di una pellicola. A volte è il forte entusiasmo per un'ottima serie di foto o una scoperta rara. Nel caso della Ferrania Solaris Chrome, è una svolta epica nell'industria attuale della pellicola fotografica. Con il loro recente annuncio del lancio di una nuova pellicola diapositiva, Ferrania ha fatto stropicciare gli occhi per la felicità alla maggior parte degli aficionados della pellicola analogica. Quindi è tempo di tornare indietro nel futuro con la Ferrania Solaris Chrome 100.
