Looks like a miniature diorama.

That's a neat trick you can pull with a camewra that has movements. If you tilt the lens back, you get out-of-focus areas behind and in front of the subject. The only time the eye normally sees this effect is when looking at something close-up, so your brain is tricked into interpreting it as being tiny.
Pic number 20879593 uses the same technique.
