These are the photos taken with my Fed 4 camera, during this long walk along the river, from which I already published the photos shot with the Konica Pop Mini and the Olympus Mju : www.lomography.com/homes/mackiechartres/albums/2429871-04-2…
I wanted to publish them together, but I encountered issues with the soviet cam : the disengaging button got totally stuck, and it was impossible to rewind the film. I tried to find a way to fix it, reading dozens of web pages about how to fix soviet cameras (this is specific topic, with tons of litterature on it), but no way. So I decided to open the camera and withdraw the exposed film by hand, in the dark (in the bathroom with no windows, lights off, hands and camera under a raincoat...). 😅🙏
I was upset and not expecting too much of the film : Fed 4 used for the first time + expired film + mechanical issues + film potentially exposed... And there it is : not bad at all ! Seeing the result, I think this camera deserves a second chance, so I will get it fixed sooner or later. 😎👍📷
