“Maiden Shoot”

I “bought” the NIB (New in Box) Diana F 1960 for a friend. Before I send it out, I thought I'd better give her a some kind of "Maiden Shoot", as I never use a "Plastic" camera.

One night, I left a message to the friend at the other end of the world, said "if you can reply me in 10 minutes, I'll develop a roll of film for you to see tonight", the friend replied "Now! now!" just before the "dead line", so I developed the film as I promised.

The process was smooth as usual, when I took the film out of the tank, my heart pumped all my body's blood to my head - there was nothing but black blocks on film! Suddenly, I realized that it was a COLOR film! I processed it with D76.

Never mind, I hung the film dry, then scanned with CS9000f, after tried click some buttons, there are some pictures came out!

I knew color film can be processed with D76, but never thought I would give it a try, but, .... here you see, I did it by careless caused "accident".

Not too bad at all.
