Introduce yourself Hello.

Tell us a bit about Swiss Lips
Just another dirty gang pushing their luck.

What’s it like, being a rock star?
I don’t think I could call myself that. Doing what we do is ace though, we feel pretty lucky.

What have you been up to this week?
We’ve had two parties at our temporary home The Union, then we just went out to do a gig with Ladyhawke, tomorrow were doing a photo shoot with some dogs and recording some vocals. Dreamzzzz

Did you have fun shooting with the LC-A+?

Nic our drummer has been taking charge of the photography mainly but we’ve all had a go, I really like the double exposure shots, some of the others are early morning moments I didn’t want to relive!

Where did you take it?
We just did a UK and Ireland tour with our friends Bastille so we took it up a lot of roads and back, and into the sky once.

If you could photograph any person/place/event in the world, what would it be?
The birth of Jesus Christ, see what all the fuss is about / sell the photos.

Who is your idol?
Carolyn Cassady

If you weren’t in a band, what would you be doing?
A year ago I was roasting coffee, could probably still get my job back, I was good at that.

But since you are in an awesome band, what will you be doing next?
We’re looking forward to releasing our debut single in January and our album in April, then we’re gonna tour some more and try not to die.

See how they got on when they played at our 20th anniversary party in Manchester
