6 Month in the year 2017 where spent at sea. This is the first voyage I made on a cargo vessel, positioned in the rank of Cadet. Laying the keel for good seaman ship and experiencing the life, work and ambiance on board a heavy lift vessel. The voyage started in Rotterdam and took us across the globe, recording 33,000 nautical miles in the logbook. The moments during work and the connection with the crew members can be experienced in different ways. My camera gave me the chance to look at the voyage from a romantic perspective.
