Cellophane Filters: An Easy Way to Add Color to Your Pictures

15

Sometimes we use a regular film, take some good shots and finally after developing the results are not what we wanted, some color and magic is missing. Here’s a simple way to add more color to your pictures by following 3 steps.

You will need:

  • Scissors
  • Cellophane paper
  • Elastic bands
  1. Get some cellophane paper at any paper store
  2. Cut circles ( 2 or 3 centimeters more than the lens diameter )
  3. Use the elastic bands to attach the paper to the lens but be careful to not to leave wrinkles on it, otherwise the picture will be a little blurry.

You can mix their colors, use double layers of a color, whatever you want!

Some examples of what I got :

You can also play with the cellophane, use it half frame, on a corner or even on your flash!
