The World According to Herr Willie – Pripyat, the Last City of the CCCP (Pt.1)
written by wil6ka on 2017-04-10 #placesWhen I went to the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone I was deeply impressed by Pripyat. The city was home to most of the workers of the nuclear power plant and evacuated two days after the disaster. Now it's a larger than life museum about the Soviet Union. It is the last city of the CCCP.

C-41 Development at Room Temperature With Stand Processing and Optional Bleach Bypass for Cool Effects
written by cyan-shine on 2011-08-25 #gear #tutorialsI love being a lab rat. And I love xpro. C-41 DIY turned me off until now because of the reports that temperature is crucial and temperature management is somewhat problematic when lacking a processor. The World According to Herr Willie – Chernobyl (Pt. 1)
written by wil6ka on 2017-03-06 #placesIt’s the epitome of a disaster. One fatal day in April 31 years ago changed the world forever. The Capuchin Catacombs in Palermo, Sicily
written by icomewhenieatcaponata on 2011-03-10 #placesIf you go to Sicily you can't miss the capuchin catacombs of Palermo, something that confirms the ghoulish side of this city. A cemetery that contains 8000 mummies, lined upon walls, lying or standing, skeletons, and perfectly preserved bodies. It was active until 1920, when the last body was interred. And hooray! This is actually my first Lomo location in Sicily

Lomo LC-A+ : Review as a LC-A+ newbie
written by yokekei on 2013-07-06 #gearFinally, I manged to get a Lomo LC-A+ this year. I am wondering why so many people love it and are mad about this camera before I experienced it. There are too many people that have a mindset that "I will get a great photo or an amazing shot if I am using the LC-A+". But sorry to say that a camera does not give a great photo but the person shooting does.

Zenit TTL - The Teddy Bear Tank
2009-07-30 #gearThis is my go-to camera when I need an extra bit of control. This SLR is heavy as a brick, clunky, and oddly comforting to hold. A bit of a tank. On the outside it looks much like it's older Zenit siblings, but it's the inside that counts.
