Marina Horsemen

These horsemen are not an uncommon sight on the Marina Beach in Chennai (Madras). These chaps are taking a leisurely ride on surprisingly slow weekend. The horsemen only offer rides for a price. They do not own the horses and are actually daily wage labourers who work for the stable owner. It is possible that one might not find these guys any more because they are being relocated to a housing project far away from the beach area.
