«Wanderer» (old pilgrim)

The sculpture «Citizens» from different eras is a sculptural composition installed on the street Kropotkin in Dmitrov, the Moscow region, in 2003. The project was made by sculptor A. Karaulov in tandem with the architect G. Gulyaev.
The composition consists of the figure of the inhabitants of the city of Dmitrov, of different classes and eras. The sculpture was very colorful and have their characteristics. Here you can find a figure of «Teacher», «the wanderer», «Woman», «Young noblemen», «Merchant's Wife and the merchant».
The authors turned to the history of ancient Russian cities with place names and this has created generalized, at the same time iconic characters in the episodes of the life of one of the Central streets, which in the past in its length is called Noble, Million, Poles.
