   They're very tasty, you lard them with bacon when you roast them, like a big pheasant. This was my Grandmother's solution to the problem of one running about the neighbourhood, screaming in the middle of the night. She served "chicken" and roasted veggies for lunch one Summer Saturday in 1956.

   Yeah they make A LOT of noise. They look good but seem to have quite miserable personalities. Sounds tasty. I imagine it would be quiet a gamey meat.
