The Arum Lily was a repeated theme in the work of the painter Diego Rivera and I can totally see where he was coming from as I’m a tittle fascinated with them myself. However their beauty is often ignored here in Australia as they are considered a noxious weed, poisonous to live stock and as a results are disdainfully referred to as the Death lily.
