El domingo les llevamos a la playa de La Concha en Donosti, echamos el día al sol, y al atardecer disfrutamos de una cerveza fresquita escuchando Jazz y mirando al mar. Para finalizar cenita en el puerto. Anna and Josh visit us! On Sunday we went to La Concha beach in Donosti. Taking place at the Ketapang Doyong Field, at the Eastern Beach of Pangandaran, in West Java, facing the Indian Ocean, the event will present some of the best traditional and modern kites from Indonesia and overseas. This year, 40 teams from 10 provinces of Indonesia and 12 international teams from Asia, Europe and America have already confirmed participation, comprising as many as 250 contestants, with 200 participants from Indonesia, and 50 international kiters. The festival will feature several competitions, among others: in the 2- Dimensional category, the 3-Dimensional category, the Rokaku, the Train and traditional categories, and in the frameless or Balloon category.the festival will also feature 2 Guinness World Record holders on kites, the Ohashi couple from Japan and Peter Lynn from New Zealand. The Ohashi couple’s kite still holds the Guinness World Record as the longest kite in the world, while Peter Lynn holds the record for the biggest kite, measuring almost the width of a football field. Kite Art Indonesia Association will also put on a special show of a flight of some of their world champion kites collection, including the Barong and the Ulat Bulu or the caterpillar. As in previous years, the festival will also be highlighted by various art and cultural performances, exhibitions, and interesting activities such as Indonesia’s traditional children play, the kites duel. As its skies are swarmed with thousands of kites, Pangandaran still offers a one stop complete experience. From swimming, snorkeling, Jet Skiing, Fishing to Hiking and hill climbing and eco-tours, Pangandaran has it all. It is a full package vacation, fit for every age and an ideal place to visit anytime of the year.

Tidung Island is part of Thousand islands located in the western South. The island which is part of Jakarta consists of two islands, namely Tidung, Tidung Big and small. To achieve this, we can go from the port of Muara Angke, which is located in Jakarta, using the public boat with rates USD3,3. From Muara angke, boats leave every morning at 07.15 Western Indonesian Time. About 3 hours we can arrive in Pulau Tidung but dont worry about boredom because along the way the island would be an interesting scene, including a group of birds that catch fish in the sea. Arriving at the port of Great Tidung, we can walked toward the inn. The fee from $20-$30/night, its very cheap. ^o^ In this island we can rent bikes/day with $1/bike. But we must becareful among these bikes there is no brakes function properly. haha lol Biking on this island is fairly easy and very interesting, because, although the terrain of flat roads, even houses in the area of paying block road, the view left and right most row of palm trees and green pine beautiful. Along the road infrastructure is also seen quite a neat and orderly. Great Tidung satisfied around, the bridge that connects the island with Tidung small. The bridge made of wood form the many twists and curves along hundreds of meters. The bridge is the best place to swing away with the charm of Tidung island as a whole. Tidung area and headed for the bridge, souvernir shop that sells various kinds of handicrafts and souvenirs typical tidung island. A few hundred yards from the store there is a long road to the right as the best spot you can enjoy the sunset and sunrise.
