  As well as being an amateur photographer, I'm an amateur musician. This is the front cover artwork for one of the CDs I and my musical partner have produced. I shot the basic images on a 4x5 Press King using Ektachrome, and built a film reel to fit a Simagraphics print processor so that I could process the Ektachromes myself. They were commercially drum scanned, and I put it together using around half a dozen layers in an ancient version of Paint Shop Pro. The CD cover itself is a little less oversaturated, because of the slight muting effect of the final printing process. I'm on the left, playing the 6-key flute. (2002)
