On a bright sunny day, the vast space that is Copacabana beach is just picture-perfect for postcards. Cariocas (locals of Rio) and tourists flocked the beach to sunbathe for a good tan, have a stroll along the shoreline, play volleyball or football, surf the wild waves, meet friends and new acquaintances, sell beach towels/umbrellas,etc. Life is beautiful in Rio!
