Urquhart Glen Forest Walk #1

Urquhart is an area of Highland historical significance. It also plays host to the oldest castle in scotland!..... The Urquhart Glen Forest, however, is not of significant historical significance.... There are many, many scots pines (the oldest and only native tree in the united kingdom), so I guess that's impressive...... The only reason we went to the forest was for a nice walk in the country with the dog, so we set off on the shortest route which was demarked by green (I think) posts along the route.
