Foooooood's neeeeeearly reeeeeeady!

I sat. I watched. I waited patiently for the food to cook....... I'm still in 2 minds about gas barbecues... It feels a lot like cheating because you don't have to coax the coals to light and watch them heat up and move them around for even heat distribution..... You just light it and it works...... Either way, this is where food was cooked EVERY DAY when we stayed with my Wife's Aunt/Uncle (which was greatfully received because SOMEONE looooves barbecue!)
