Christmas Day 2014, my nephew bought me a Olympus AF-1 to push my creative boundaries. I had spent the previous 17 years putting my creative energy into music, but had always had an appreciation for photography. The thing which stopped me from getting into photography was my lack of skill and knowledge with Photoshop, until I was given the raw challenge of analogue photography and introduced to the work of a certain William Eggleston.

When my nephew was a young teenager, I bought him a Holga, so it was very much a case of the inspiration and influence going full circle and being returned.

Soon after my nephew gifting me the AF-1, he bought me a Zenit TTL, which has become my favourite camera to shoot with. Also in my small collection, I own a Olympus OM-10; Yashica MF-1 and a Canon EOS Rebel G.

Born and raised in Cheltenham, England; spending from 2005 - 2015 in Bristol, England; I moved to Los Angeles, USA in August 2015.
