Went with my family to San Agustin church in Intramuros. This is the first time I did not use the square format for my holga.

    shared by kimpy05 on 2013-04-21

I had fun taking pictures during last year's Aliwan Fiesta so I came back this year. My LC-A is still under repair so I used my new Horizon Perfekt. Too bad the event started late so I only took few pictures since it was already dark.

The last place we visited during our trip in Thailand. We were chasing the time because we do not want to be late for our trip, since we have to go back to our hotel and pack our things. Although it was a quick visit, I really enjoyed the temples that we wen to.

When I saw the film Rashomon for the first time some years ago I was convinced I should watch other Akira Kurosawa films. His films are really worth collecting. No doubt he is one of Japan's great contributions to the world. This set is my humble tribute to the man who has inspired many filmmakers the likes of Ingmar Bergman, Federico Fellini, Roman Polanski, Bernardo Bertolucci, Robert Altman, Francis Ford Coppola, Steven Spielberg, Martin Scorsese, George Lucas, John Milius, Satyajit Ray, Takeshi Kitano, John Woo and Zhang Yimou. Made use of his portraits and scenes from his movies textured with modern Japanese calligraphy and other cultural items characteristically Japanese.
