Artists during that time felt that art pieces exhibited in museums were out-of-touch and far from their everyday lives. As a challenge to traditional conventions, they utilized images from popular culture such as movies, advertisement, product packaging, and comics, producing works that are bold and bright. Tap into that daring artist hiding in you and dive into the colorful world of Pop Art through your best photographs inspired by this movement!
Each participant may submit up to 10 photographs. This competition serves as the qualifying round for the Movement category.
