De vuurwerkramp Enschede, of kortweg de vuurwerkramp, vond plaats op zaterdag 13 mei 2000 in de Nederlandse stad Enschede. Bij de ramp vatte een opslagruimte met vuurwerk van het bedrijf S.E. Fireworks vlam. Er vielen 23 doden (waaronder vier brandweermannen) en ongeveer 950 mensen raakten gewond, 200 woningen werden geheel vernield.

The Externsteine are a distinctive rock formation located in the Teutoburger Wald region of northwestern Germany, not far from the city of Detmold at Horn-Bad Meinberg. The formation consists of several tall, narrow columns of rock which rise abruptly from the surrounding wooded hills. The name probably means "stones of the Egge".

Auf der Suche nach verlassenen Gebäuden für eine Lomo-Session bin ich auf die Villa Schöning im benachbarten Vlotho gestoßen. Bei meinen Recherchen über diese Villa bin ich, neben der Geschichte der Villa, auch auf einen weiteren Namen gestoßen - "House of Pain" - Haus der Schmerzen.
An einem sonnigen Sonntag haben Evalina und ich uns auf den Weg gemacht, um die "Grusel-Villa" zu erkunden.

The east side of the famous Berlin Wall became an open air gallery. The paintings are a tribute to peace and freedom. It's also the largest section of the Berlin Wall that remains. It's a must see, a landmark and my favourite place in the city of Berlin! You won't want to miss it!

In search of abandoned buildings for a Lomo session, I came across the Schöning Villa in nearby Vlotho. During my research on this mansion I have, in addition to the history of the villa, also came across another name - "House of Pain". On a sunny Sunday, Evalina and I made our way to explore the "horror" villa.

The Rheinpark in Duisburg is a quite new created park near the Rhein. Its opening was in May this year with a big party and a lot of good music. It’s positioned between the two quarters Hochfeld and Wanheimerort. There are already a lot of reasons to go there but the park isn't finished yet. There are plans to double the size of the park.
