Desert covers almost one fifth of the earth and serves as a home, despite its harsh conditions, to many floras and faunas. For this competition, we want you to recall your life-changing journey to these "drylands." Take us to the heart of the desert. What are the most unforgettable scenes you've witnessed during this trip? Does the desert look more breathtaking at night? How challenging is it to cross its never-ending expanse?
Each participant can submit 10 photographs. This competition, which serves as the qualifying round for "Off the Grid" category, is open to all.
